Fees & Insurance
We see both insured and self-pay patients. We are recognised by all the major insurance companies. Your insurance company will usually require that you obtain a referral letter from your GP prior to consultation or any treatment. Please contact your insurance company in the first instance to confirm this.
Insured Patients
If you are insured please check that your insurance company will cover the full cost of your treatment prior to attending the clinic. Shortfalls on invoices, not paid by your insurance company, are the responsibility of the patient.
Self-Pay Patients
If you are a self-pay patient it is your responsibility to ascertain the costs of any consultations, diagnostic tests or treatments prior to these being undertaken. Please contact the office if you need advice in these matters.
Payment Terms
Please note that all invoices, unless agreed by prior arrangement, are due upon receipt.
